Trauma is often a life experience and needs to be addressed to allow further growth. I utilize Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Heart Centered Hypnotherapy to assist when trauma feels insurmountable.
My office is conveniently located on 90th Street between Fort and Maple Street and close to public transportation. I offer flexible scheduling and will work around work, school and other commitments you may have. I also offer online therapy.
