About
Hi, I'm Dr. Whithed. Are you finding it more difficult to manage the challenges the past couple of years has brought? Are you coping with the loss of a job, or the illness of a loved one, dealing with a divorce or breakup of an important relationship, or trying to cope with a traumatic experience? Perhaps you are simply trying to find the best way to work through all of the changes and challenges we find ourselves facing now. I can help.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years experience helping people find their inner strength to cope with problems ranging from grief and loss, divorce, death, trauma (both recent and traumas from childhood that continue to impact relationships today), as well as depression, anxiety, and other problems affecting mental wellness.
Sometimes we all need some help to find that inner strength, that hope. You have what it takes to weather the challenges. I can help you find your inner strength. I look forward to meeting with you.
