About
I want to help bring authenticity and change in your life the way you want it to be there. I'm Nick and I use they/them pronouns. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ and gender exploration/transition, anxiety disorders, neurodivergency/ADHD, chronic illness, codependency and relationship problems, trauma, and grief/loss. I also work with non-monogamous, poly, and kinky clients. I’m here to provide a safe and respectful place for you to be seen and heard. You're not alone and you don’t have to keep telling yourself everything is normal in your life or relationship - let's find a better "normal" for you to live.
Therapy to me is two experts coming together to improve and understand your life. In my sessions, I’ll help you work on feeling more present in the moment, finding stability and escape in a toxic relationship or family situation, to be more in control of your anxiety and communication, and to stop putting others before yourself with your needs or boundaries.
When we feel stuck, out of control, and unsure of what the next right move is - it can feel paralyzing to make any decision at all. You can heal from the past, confront your current problems, and build a steady momentum forward. We can change your patterns, modify your day-to-day life, and make your life feel real again.
