My PCT style of approach pulls from CBT, Psychodynamic, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and narrative therapy as per client needs.
The misconception we always have is the idea that there's something wrong with us and we need to fix it. Therapy is processing that it's not what's wrong, it's how we've internalized it and can relearn to use our abilities to help us.
