Welcome. I see individual therapy as a process of joining someone in dealing with difficult situations or problems. I specialize in helping adults and adolescents work through stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Tailoring our work to your particular goals and circumstances, I can help you address your immediate needs as well as assist you in understanding and attending to any underlying issues.

With specialized training in group process, I facilitate groups that can be both a comforting support and a resource for insight to change. Patterns that get you stuck in life usually play out in a group, creating opportunities to see them "live" and to learn in a safe, supportive space.

This interpersonal process group is particularly focused on adults (mostly in their 20s and 30s) dealing with anxiety (especially social anxiety), depression, stress, feeling stuck in life, or having difficulty with a life transition. Finding that others struggle with similar experiences, you'll likely feel the support of the group. We'll draw on how we all interact with one another for feedback and insight as we learn more about ourselves and one another.
