As a former Division I athlete, I specialize in working with athletes, performers, and high achievers who feel the pressure to succeed while silently battling anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, or self-doubt. I understand the mental weight of always needing to perform and the identity challenges that come with transitions, injuries, or shifting roles.
