You may now find yourself highly aware of others’ emotions, often trying to avoid conflict or keep the peace. From the outside you may appear capable and put together, while privately feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected. I work with individuals and couples who struggle with people-pleasing, ADHD, anxiety, communication challenges, boundaries, and relationship issues.

Together we explore how these patterns developed and building healthier ways of relating. Our work often includes inner child/parts work, attachment patterns, and nervous system regulation/somatic work. I support you in understanding how past experiences show up in your emotions, relationships, and stress responses today.

My style is warm, intuitive, and honest. I believe honesty is a form of kindness, and while it can feel challenging, it helps us reach the deeper layers where real change happens.
