I am Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing and have modified it to maximum impact in Online Therapy, to where we can focus on and transform ANY issue. I also incorporate Internal Family Systems IFS.
Because of my own struggles I am most passionate about Trauma, Inner Child Healing, Chronic Illness and Relationships. Many of our deepest patterns come from Childhood where our brain and personality are formed without our conscious knowledge, creating shadows and blocks which can prevent us from living the adult life we crave.
