Hello! I’m Annie, and I am so glad you’re here.
With over 18 years of experience, I support individuals navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions with a warm, collaborative approach. Many of the people I work with are juggling a lot on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted on the inside, and they’re ready for support that truly understands the full picture of their lives.
I take a holistic and highly individualized approach to therapy. That’s a fancy way of saying I look at you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms, and I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” model.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I’ll support you in working toward goals that feel meaningful, realistic, and aligned with who you are. Together, we’ll build practical strategies, explore what matters most, and make meaningful changes in a safe, welcoming space where humor is welcome.
Outside the therapy room, you can find me snuggling my dog, Sulley, collecting stickers (yes, stickers!), or wishing I were at Disney World eating a Mickey pretzel with nacho cheese. I believe therapy can be both deeply meaningful and human, and I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and approachable.
