As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I provide therapy services for adults, with a special concentration in couples and relationships. Through my practice, I utilize techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and have training in various additional techniques in order to best meet the needs of my clients. I believe that everyone is unique and therefore requires personalized treatment based on individual needs, goals, values and interests. My goal is to assist my clients in making necessary changes to live healthier and more meaningful lives.
I believe that relationships are a significant part of who we are, and strive to help my clients build a healthy foundation in their relationships, whether it's with a romantic partner, sibling, parent, child or friend.
