I specialize in life changes and stress; men's issues; recovery from narcissistic abuse and emotional/psychological abuse; grief and loss; healing from emotional blackmail, toxic relationships, abuse, assault, stalking, family enmeshment, interpersonal conflicts, power & control dynamics, manipulation & coercion; professionals struggling with compassion fatigue, secondary traumatic stress, burnout; women's issues; individuals at the end-of-life stage; and more.

I utilize cognitive-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy along with Patient-Centered counseling techniques, Psychodynamic Therapy, Forward-Facing Trauma Therapy, and others. I strive to assist people in finding their voice & empowering themselves to live healthier, more content lives.
