I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has been in practice for over 10 years. I completed my Clinical Internship and Post-doctoral Fellowship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute/John Hopkins University School of Medicine, and prior to that, received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. I am passionate about working with children, teens, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of behavioral, emotional, and interpersonal issues. My approach is collaborative, research-informed, and is designed to meet the unique needs of clients.
I adopt highly effective, evidence-based treatment approaches, which include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Functional Family Therapy (FFT).
I look forward to providing clients with support that incorporates both concrete strategies and genuine concern and investment in helping clients to navigate complex individual and/or relational challenges. I feel privileged to accompany clients along their personal journeys. Please feel free to reach out for a complimentary consultation!
