My specialty areas include: anger, depression, PTSD, anxiety, life transition issues, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, coping skills, women unique issues, family crisis, stressors related to caring for aging parents, and much more.
I hold a Master of Divinity in pastoral care and counseling, in addition to a Master of Science in professional counseling. That dual training and expertise also make me a viable and trusted resource for collaboration with churches that need to refer parishioners out for professional counseling.
