I value your awareness, knowledge and self-insight as an integral part of our work together. I use a dynamic approach to therapy and include EMDR, mindfulness, and IFS. I work with clients across a wide range of ages, backgrounds and presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, jealousy, anger, panic, phobias, trauma, relationship/family conflicts, sexuality/sexual identity, polyamory and parenting challenges.
I have a specialized background in perinatal issues including miscarriage, abortion, infertility, adoption, birth trauma, baby-blues, post-partum depression/anxiety and parent relationships. My knowledge in this area is informed by 6 years in the health field working as a birth and post-partum doula, massage therapist and reproductive health researcher.
