Have you ever felt that life can get lonely when it's so overwhelming? This is a common sentiment, and let's explore it together! My name is Annie Morris, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in working with adults facing a variety of life experiences including anxiety, depression, caring for aging parents, parenting, grief, marital/relational tension, and life transitions.
I help by offering a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you can learn about yourself, process the past, and explore who you want to be for your future. I utilize a mixture of CBT, narrative therapy, somatic work, and emotions-based therapy. In your first few sessions, we will process what life looks like for you now and what you hope to work on.
Life is a beautiful, brutal mess sometimes. My hope is that in working together, we can help you to feel less alone and more connected to your life and those you love.
