About
Have you always known you were different? Like, so different most people just... don't get it? It may feel like there is just no corner of the planet where you can be yourself. You have spent your whole life trying to be what everyone else wanted you to be. When you think about who you are, you can't really put a finger on what that is exactly. Maybe you believe that if you just play along with everyone else you will be safe, successful, and better off. Maybe you have reached a point where you realize that, that is no longer working for you. I am here to listen and give a voice to who you are and would like to be.
I have worked in the field of mental health since 2016 and have a broad base of experience working with individuals from all walks of life. I specialize in facilitating individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+ as well as addiction treatment. If you feel like now is the time to change, my question is "How can I help?"
Being as different as you are is a celebration at Anahata Counseling. You will not be alone as you work to identify who you would like to be in this world. Schedule a free phone consultation with me to see if we are a good fit. You can call me or visit my website anahatacounseling.com to schedule.
