Annie provides services to individuals, adolescents, couples and families. She utilizes an integrative approach to therapy, helping clients tap into their emotional and cognitive experiences to encourage growth and change. Some of her therapeutic approaches stem from Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), as well as various experiential modalities. Annie utilizes genuineness, humor, and unconditional acceptance to create safety and to nurture positive relationships.
Annie is dedicated to cultivating a space for non-judgmental exploration and, ultimately, clinical growth. She also has experience working with various identities in the LGBTQIA+ population and, personally, identifies as queer.
Annie earned her undergraduate education from the University of New Hampshire in Business Administration/Marketing and her graduate degree from the University of Colorado Denver in Couples and Family Therapy.
