I am a licensed mental health counselor dedicated to providing trauma-informed and person-centered counseling to individuals and couples. I value the collaborative nature of therapy and strive to tailor treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual. My approach is individualized and integrative, incorporating elements of internal family systems (IFS), mindfulness-based therapies, trauma-sensitive yoga, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am currently only taking clients interested in EMDR.

I am particularly passionate about incorporating embodied and mindfulness-based approaches to support recovery from trauma. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families experiencing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, relationship and family concerns, self-esteem issues, and life transitions.

I strive to create a safe and caring environment where clients feel empowered to explore their needs and supported on their path towards healing, growth, and self-discovery.
