Welcome! I offer therapy for teens and adults both in-person and via telehealth throughout Wisconsin. My approach is all about creating a space where you can be yourself, without any pressure to have it all figured out. I primarily work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stress. Being vulnerable can feel overwhelming, and I’m here to emphasize that you don't have to go through it alone. I'll help you navigate those emotions at your own pace, and together, we’ll work to develop practical coping skills, build resilience, and support your journey toward healing and growth.
I draw from several evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy to help you attune to your emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop skills for managing stress and improving well-being.
