Entering parenthood is an exciting time that can also be scary and overwhelming with a lot of unknowns. I focus my work on helping new and expecting parents using a strengths-based approach while normalizing the challenges of parenthood. I integrate various systemic approaches to increase your understanding and acceptance of yourself.
