Now accepting new clients! I work with people who are struggling to feel well. I am both a psychologist and nutritionist and blend the two into my practice. I love being able to help folks from a holistic perspective. In my practice, I treat eating issues (eating disorders, emotional eating, weight concerns), depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and other types of mental health concerns. I offer both individual therapy and psychological evaluations. My evaluation process is unique because I use therapeutic assessment techniques combined with a general nutrition assessment. The process is similar to a short-term, intensive therapy intervention where you get the answers you need, but in a therapeutic way.

My style is conversational, collaborative, and warm. I work hard to tailor interventions to meet your specific needs.
