I work with teens and adults using a relational, trauma-informed approach that fosters trust and growth. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I’m trained in Lifespan Integration, Religious Trauma Therapy, and Gottman Level 1 for relational healing.

My background includes working with anxiety, depression, self-harm, and trauma. I particularly love working with teenagers and young adults struggling to find their strengths and self-acceptance. I am passionate about working with individuals in helping them develop their self-esteem and providing them with tools to navigate the world they live in.

My fee is 175$ per 50 minute session and 200$ for 90 minute sessions or couples. I am an out of network clinician and cannot bill insurance. However, I can provide super bills for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
