I have a passion for helping couples and family systems that are struggling. I believe strongly that community and connection are vital to the human experience and I aim to help my clients form deeper and more meaningful connections with the people in their lives. I work with individuals of all sexual and relationship orientations, including monogamous, polyamorous and ethically non-monogomous relationships. In addition to my work with couples, I have 4 years of experience as a nanny working with families and children ages 0-10. This hands-on knowledge enriches my awareness of childhood development and family systems.
I provide a safe, comfortable, non-judgmental space for people to freely express and dive into their emotions. It is important to me to tailor fit my approach to each client. Each client is unique in their experiences and ways of navigating society and in my therapy room we work to deeply honor those experiences with pure observation and acceptance.
Because I am at the intern level, my rates are very supportive for low income families, couples and individuals.
