My therapeutic approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, grounded in attachment theory. I utilize a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and strength-based modalities. I value honesty, humor, and humility within the therapeutic relationship, as well as, creativity, connection, and collaboration to support meaningful progress!
