Life transitions can be overwhelming, especially during your college years and beyond. Whether you're grappling with academic stress, relationship challenges, or uncertainty about your future, you're not alone. My approach to therapy is to be your partner in this journey with a warm, integrative and non-judgmental approach. I am here to listen, learn, reflect and empower you through the process of self-discovery. With experience working with humans of all ages, from early adolescence to adulthood, I have witnessed and firmly believe in the goodness that exists within all people, and the power of internal healing.
My goal as a therapist is to join with clients, take a holistic look at the challenges that bring them to therapy and walk beside them as we find resolutions. I use a variety of healing modalities centered in mindfulness, tracking behavioral changes and building new narratives to support clients in creating meaningful change.
As we work together you will be seen, heard, validated and supported in a safe and trusting space, where I hold hope for you to discover what you are capable of creating on this journey. I look forward to supporting you on your path to well-being. Please reach out for a 15-minute phone consultation.
