I have clinical expertise in parenting, perinatal mental health, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment to chronic illness, and fertility issues.
I have two children and personally and have found the journey of motherhood has required me to grow more than any other stage in my life. Parents who work with a therapist are able to better handle the challenges of parenting as well as make good parenting decisions.
