Everyone has a story to tell. Sometimes we need someone to listen to our story and bear witness to it. Other times we need someone to help us understand the events in our story, or assist us as we write the next chapter in our story. No matter our age, we each have the ability to learn from our stories and create a path towards our desired future.
I provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults. With school age children I use play therapy. With any age group I incorporate creative movement and expressive art into the session. This is client led and allows the client to access a greater level of understanding for the challenges they are facing.
