About
Starting the therapy process can feel very overwhelming. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment that focuses on developing an authentic therapeutic relationship with my clients. I value being part of your therapy journey towards increasing self-awareness and acceptance, creating space for compassion, understanding and growth.
My style stems from years of experience working with kids, adolescents, adults and families in both outpatient and hospital settings. I specialize in providing counseling for adolescents and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, body image concerns, and grief and loss.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of counseling, and that it creates a platform in which the client can gain insight and awareness to foster growth and healing. If interested in talking more to see if we might be a good fit, please reach out anniebakerlpc@gmail.com
