My primary focus is providing counseling for young adults and middle-age individuals who are struggling with eating disorders & body image. I also have advanced training and interest in trauma, grief, ADHD & maternal mental. My passion and style stems from years of experience working with individuals and families in both outpatient and hospital settings.
Whether you are experiencing difficulty or wanting to change behaviors, my role is to help you gain insight about yourself, be more curious and accepting of your feelings, practice flexibility with your thinking and implement necessary changes to instill hope & healing.
