Hello, I have dedicated my career to reducing stigma around behavioral health needs, and helping people access high quality services. I believe that behavioral health, personal and professional happiness are the key to whole health. I strive to help my clients navigate significant personal and professional changes and challenges, and find pathways to achieve their goals.
I have over 20 years of direct service experience and 18 years of mentoring and coaching. I have worked with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship, and parenting challenges.
I understand how hard it can be to begin the therapeutic process and trust that a provider will help. It takes courage and perseverance to explore our challenges, and make positive and lasting changes.
