Inclusive, nonjudgmental therapy that celebrates your authentic self. Therapy is an opportunity to create change, build self-awareness, and strengthen the way we connect with ourselves and others. Whether you’re navigating relationship concerns, exploring identity, seeking gender-affirming surgery letters, or working through anxiety, depression, or stress, I provide a space where you can feel seen, supported, and understood.

In addition to individual therapy, I work with couples to improve communication, resolve conflict, and deepen intimacy using evidence-based approaches. My style is compassionate, direct, and collaborative—I want clients to feel both supported and challenged as they work toward their goals.

I specialize in working with clients in the LGBTQ+, ethically non-monogamous (ENM), and kink communities. I use she/they pronouns and am committed to providing affirming care that celebrates diverse identities and relationships. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
