Hi there, I’m Anni! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing psychotherapy through telehealth services. I am a compassionate therapist and a good listener; I build up reports with my clients easily. My therapy modalities are specifically tailored to client needs. I am also fluent in Armenian and Farsi. I have years of experience at community mental health agencies working with a variety of cultures and populations, including children, adolescents, transitional-age youth, adults, families, and the elderly. I have tones of experience working with immigrant population guiding them to progress and achieve their goals.
I am also well-experienced in helping individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, domestic violence, family struggles and conflicts in relationship. I also focus on helping clients address cognitive distortions that are displayed through negative behaviors. My focus is on healing, processing, and building resilience.
I take a holistic approach, using various practice styles such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, and Reality Therapy to work with clients who have struggled with different issues including anxiety, depression, domestic violence, trauma, and conflicts in their relationships.
