Ever feel like everyday is a struggle? Sometimes reaching out for help is the most difficult step. That is why it is so important to offer caring, compassionate solutions. I work with children, individuals, couples and families. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, child and adolescent issues, grief and loss, transitional times in life such as job loss or divorce. My therapy is client-centered and insight orientated. I am also EMDR certified. I will answer your calls promptly and offer consultations.
