Our agency offers you an authentic, integrative and holistic space to process your current or historical challenges. With over 16 years of experience and extensive trauma informed knowledge, I bring a person-centered, evidence-based approach including CBT, TF-CBT, Problem Solving Therapy, Mindfulness, Stress Reduction and Solution-Focused Brief. Change happens, one breath at a time. I am currently offering Telehealth and in-person sessions in Lewiston, Maine.
My experience is with individuals of all age groups and we currently provide services to adults, 18-90. Together we will navigate challenges that include: depression, anxiety, domestic violence, grief and loss, relationship struggles, health challenges, adoption, impacts of trauma, historical or current, and secondary trauma.
