I am Annette Thomas, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I began my career as a school social worker for nine years, which gave me valuable experience working closely with students and families to address emotional and behavioral challenges. This hands-on work sparked my interest in deepening my ability to support individuals, leading me to pursue a Master’s in Social Work. After earning my degree, I transitioned into clinical work, providing Intensive In-Home (IIH) services for another nine years.
I work with single mothers, new wives, and overwhelmed women who are trying to find a good balance in their lives. Some struggle with depression or trauma related to their relationships or family. I also work well with clients who struggle with anxiety and depression.
In my sessions, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable and safe to express themselves. My tone is empathetic, collaborative, and respectful, ensuring that you feel heard and understood throughout our work together.
