I began my career as a couples counselor, anchored in Attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Gottman Therapy (L3) which has led to specific training to work with individual men’s & women’s issues such as betrayal trauma, partner abuse, grief, mood disorders, acute/chronic stress, adjustment disorders, burn-out, & family relationships.
I hope to support you through the painful & help you find renewed joy for living. I work with individuals, couples & families through intensive & traditional models of therapy so that the best outcomes for each situation can be achieved.
