I believe most people struggle at some point during their lives, sometimes they need help getting through those difficult times. Changes in life has a way of bringing on stress, anxiety, and depression. We may feel out of control and unable to cope. I have a passion to help you through these difficult times.
I offer a client-centered approach to counseling. I meet you where you are in the moment and help you learn to move forward. Together we will set goals, using different interventions such as EMDR, CBT, trauma therapy, mindfulness, Christian counseling, grief counseling and/or narrative therapy. When working with children I will use play therapy.
It is takes courage to reach out and ask for help. However, knowing that someone is there for you , will listen to your story and walk besides makes the journey a little easier.
