I specialize in working with adult clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, and emotional distress. I am especially experienced in working with people whose distress is tied to major life and relationship transitions and trauma. This includes suffering associated with dating, intimate relationships issues, romantic breakups, and divorce; parenting and family difficulties; family and friendship estrangements; work-life balance; stressful relationships in work; & religious identity transitions, switching, or exiting. I am also very interested in working with women managing perimenopause and menopause issues.
I rely on a developmental or lifespan perspective as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-focused, and Family System strategies to work collaboratively with clients to help them reach their goals. I am licensed as a PhD clinical psychologist in Ohio and I see all clients via telehealth.
Please feel free to reach out. You are welcome to call me directly at (419) 495-8742 and leave a voice mail message to set up free 15 minute phone call.
