We will explore circumstances that can be changed, those that cannot be changed, and how to discern the difference. We will also discuss and practice various coping mechanisms that can help clients improve their lives. Therapy is a gift to yourself!
In therapy, we will identify and process solutions to a variety of life's situations. I specialize in exploring life transitions and career challenges and work toward lowering stressful situations. We will identify short and long-term goals and look at what might get in the way of your achieving goals and maintaining gains.
In therapy, we will explore challenges that are causing stress and anxiety in your life, goals, and relationships. Together, we can identify ways to improve communication and interactions to help you move closer to your personal goals.
