Rebellious Wellness Counseling is happy to introduce a fun weekly therapeutic emotion regulation and social skills based group for elementary aged children. The group uses evidenced based cognitive-behavioral approaches and mindfulness strategies to provide clients with the tools they need to reach their goals and manage their emotions.
