About
I specialize in the cognitive-behavioral treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, stress management and coping with acute and chronic illnesses. I strive to offer every client effective and compassionate treatment.
In addition to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), I also have expertise in mindfulness training and mindfulness-based stress management, psychodynamic psychotherapy, guided imagery and relaxation techniques. I integrate these forms of psychotherapy with cognitive-behavioral therapy as needed for individually tailored, comprehensive treatment.
Clients have told me that they find me to be warm, caring and easy to talk to.
I offer weekly sessions and intensive, short-term treatment. I will, with your written permission, collaborate with your physician and other health care providers to help provide a comprehensive, coordinated approach to overcoming anxiety and depression, managing stress and working towards mind-body healing and wellness.
