Challenges are a given along life’s journey. Contrary to what many believe, to seek help does not make one weak but rather, on some level indicates one is willing and capable of growth and, as needed, of change.
I know part of my purpose is to be a safe space where others can share, wonder, and wrestle life’s biggest questions, the what makes us who we are, the whys of experiences, and the hows to take the next steps.
