Dr. Annette BoVee-Akyurek is a psychotherapist and physical therapist specializing in therapy for the mind and body from an integrative perspective. Dr Annette has over 35 years experience working as a facilitator to clients in a collaborative manner to enhance physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being with adolescence and adults. I work uniquely and collaboratively with each client offering services such as EMDR, hypnotherapy, craniosacral therapy/somatic work, EFT, CBT, SFBT, and mindfulness and meditation exploration. Therapies utilized are personalized per the client's needs and interest in their healing process.
I assist clients from a mind and body perspective, drawing from the client's internal resources in movement towards change. I work as a facilitator to clients in their own natural self-corrected process. I bring forth a unique multi-cultural and diverse perspective from my experiences living in Istanbul, Turkey and Munich, Germany.
