I'm a relationship and trauma therapist focused on healing developmental trauma, using NARM and NeuroAffective Touch (NATouch) — Because most trauma originates in our earliest relationships, healing unfolds most easily within a safe, attuned relational connection — a space where even the deepest attachment wounds can begin to soften and transform — I work with individuals navigating relationship issues, depression, grief, anger, life transitions, and personal or spiritual growth — offering a compassionate, somatic and relational approach that supports presence, aliveness, and reconnection with your truest, most authentic self.
For those interested in touch-based trauma work — NeuroAffective Touch (NATouch) is gentle, trauma-informed touch — offered by me or given to yourself — grounded in neuroscience, rebuilding safety from the nervous system up — supportive for early trauma, attachment work, and somatic regulation — EMDR is also available for more structured trauma work.
My background in couples therapy — EFT, PACT, and NVC — deeply informs how I support individuals working through relationship issues — bringing a layered understanding of the attachment patterns and communication dynamics that shape how we connect, struggle, and repair — couples sessions are also available for partners ready to do this work together.
