I am an Integrative psychotherapist who is able to support people who are struggling with depression and anxiety. I specialize in grief counseling, including suicide bereavement. My strengths as a counselor allow me to support people going through existential crises, major life transitions, as well as those who want to explore their spirituality. I have been a holistic health practitioner for over 42+ years, so I bring my understanding of the integration of the body, mind, and spirit to my counseling practice. I offer Energy Psychology techniques, Reiki, and Flower Essence therapy as adjunctive therapies to my counseling clients.
I use a client-centered, psychodynamic therapeutic approach. Together, we will look for the impacts and influences of your life experiences on your psyche, body, and spirit. I utilize a Heart-centered mindfulness approach, as well as Comprehensive Energy Psychology techniques, including Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), to guide you in your healing process.
