Starting weekly, Tuesday, September 23rd. Group therapy for life transitions and anxiety, using an ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) lens led by Christina Duke, CPC, LCADC. Online & In-Person Sessions in multiple locations: 2310 Paseo Del Prado, Las Vegas. Tuesdays 7- 8:30 pm, 90 minutes. Adults, Open Group Sessions. Accepted insurances: Aetna and Medicare. Mindfulness Connections
The next virtual group meeting is on Wednesday, July 8th, at 1-2 pm. This is a drop-in session; join us at your convenience, but registration is required beforehand. This is a cross between AA and Al-Anon, where those who are dealing with addiction and their friends and families who are trying to support them can meet and support one another. No expectations or stages needed, show up as you are, and learn mindfulness techniques that are just another way to cope.
