You don't have to have everything figured out- but you may be ready to learn new coping strategies, better understand your thoughts and emotions and reflect on patterns that no longer serve you. Therapy with me is a collaborative practice where we work together to increase awareness, strengthen skills, and support meaningful change at a place that feels right.
I work with adults across all stages of their life experiences, but have specialized training in recovery from substances, trauma, ADHD, emotional regulation, and life stressors including grief and loss, relationship troubles, anxiety and depression. I strive to create a therapeutic environment rooted in safety, authenticity, and compassion.
