My approach centers the body as a site of wisdom and survival, honoring how your lived history shows up in the present. I work to resist the idea that emotional pain is solely an individual burden, recognizing the systemic contexts from which it emerges. Whether you come alone, with a partner, or as a family, I strive to create space where your voice is supported, your experiences validated, and new possibilities for clarity.
My clinical work focuses on trauma, separation and divorce, co-parenting, anxiety, depression, dissociative disorders and other stress-based or relational challenges. I also provide affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals navigating identity exploration, minority stress, and resilience. I also write letters of support for gender-affirming procedures.
Drawing on narrative and emotion-focused therapies, I support clients in deepening emotional awareness, strengthening relational connection, and cultivating resilience and self-compassion.
