Hi introverts and overthinkers! We’ll work together to create peace in your mind, your life, and your relationships. I love to work with people who think and feel deeply. Do you get excited about little things? Feel the heaviness of what is going on in the world? Me too. Being alive is a wild ride, and some people are more responsive to both the highs and the lows of being human. I like to work with those who think outside the box and have big hearts. I am open-minded and offer a judgment-free space. The insight I bring to the therapy room is informed by both professional and lived experience.
I help people heal from traumatic events and toxic relationships. Common issues are depression, anxiety, and perfectionism. I work with people who are single with high standards, single with low standards (we’ll work on it!), and with all relationship structures from monogamous to polyamorous. I’m sex-positive and kink-informed. Everyone is welcome here.
