There are times in life, we may find ourselves presented with situations that find us confused, frustrated, anxious or grief stricken. At times like this it can be helpful to seek therapy so that we may sort out deeper internal patterns that no longer serve us.
I feel that it is my job to bear witness to your story and offer reflection and interpretation that may allow you to see better into yourself. Approaching each individual as the primary interpreter of their own experience and leaning on the power of the therapeutic relationship I feel is key to helping one move closer to their own personal goals.
Therapy is not a place where one should feel lectured, or talked down to. I believe that we are each the expert in our own story, and through a narrative and strengths based approach we can unveil our better self and find the path that will lead us toward deeper self acceptance and more satisfying relationships.
