My approach is client-centered and solution-focused. I use cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to help individuals manage problems by changing unhelpful ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving, employing practical self-help strategies to enhance quality of life. Clients learn to face fears instead of avoiding them.
